This page outlines the steps you need to take to get setup with Effra. The instructions will be sent to you in your onboarding email with links to complete each step.
  1. Share your provider and insurer registration details. Connect Effra to your insurance portals so we can submit claims and access your remittance statements.
  2. Connect Effra to your practice management system (PMS) so we can import new invoices and add payments once they’re paid.
  3. Set up a Stripe account so we can collect patient payments on your behalf, for example for excess payments.
  4. Connect your bank account so we can reconcile insurer payments all the way through to your bank account (optional).
